These terms and conditions govern the use of the TweedBet casino and sportsbook by all registered players. By creating an account, a player confirms they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in full, alongside the separate bonus terms referenced on the homepage and promotions.
1. Eligibility
- Players must be at least 18 years of age. TweedBet operates age and identity verification checks and reserves the right to suspend any account pending proof of age.
- TweedBet is intended for players resident in the United Kingdom. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or unlawful is prohibited, and TweedBet reserves the right to refuse or void bets and winnings from such access.
- Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address and payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus funds forfeited.
- Employees of TweedBet, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold a player account.
2. Account Registration and Verification
Players must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth and residential address. TweedBet reserves the right to request identity documents (passport, driving licence, proof of address) at any point, including before a first withdrawal is processed, in line with standard know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account restriction until verification is complete.

Withdrawals are only paid to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements. TweedBet reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits or withdrawals.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses, including the welcome offer of 150% up to £2,500, are subject to the specific terms published on the promotions and homepage bonus sections at the time the bonus is claimed. In general:
- Bonus funds are separate from cash balance and must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable funds.
- The standard welcome bonus wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount, to be completed within 30 days of activation.
- Game weighting varies by category: slots 100%, live and table games 10%, sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or above 50%, low-volatility scratch and instant win titles 5% or excluded.
- Maximum stake while a bonus is active is £5 per spin, hand or round. Exceeding this limit may void the remaining bonus balance and associated winnings.
- TweedBet reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and winnings where bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, use of banned betting patterns, or collusion between accounts, is identified.
- Promotions may be withdrawn, amended or restricted to specific players or regions at TweedBet’s discretion, with reasonable notice given where practicable.
5. Fair Play and Game Rules
All games offered by TweedBet, whether slot, table or live dealer, use certified random number generators or verified live equipment, tested by independent testing bodies for fairness and return to player accuracy. Return to player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published within the game information screen. In the event of a software malfunction, TweedBet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake, in line with standard industry practice for such incidents.
6. Sportsbook Rules
- Bets are accepted at the price displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may change between viewing a market and confirming a bet, particularly on in-play markets, and the confirmed price is the one honoured.
- Cash out values are indicative until confirmed and may fluctuate in the moments before a cash-out request is submitted, particularly during fast-moving in-play events.
- TweedBet reserves the right to void or amend bets placed as a result of a clear pricing error, palpable error, or technical fault, in line with standard sportsbook practice.

7. Responsible Gambling
TweedBet provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion via GAMSTOP, accessible from the account dashboard at no cost and without requiring justification. TweedBet reserves the right to restrict or close an account where evidence of gambling-related harm is identified, in the interest of player welfare.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
TweedBet reserves the right to suspend or close an account, with or without notice, where a breach of these terms is identified, including fraud, bonus abuse, underage access, or provision of false information. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any cleared cash balance will be returned to the player. Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support, subject to the completion of any pending withdrawals.
9. Privacy and Data
TweedBet processes personal data in accordance with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR. Data collected during registration and verification is used solely for account administration, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and, where consented to, marketing communications. Players may withdraw marketing consent at any time from account settings. A full privacy policy detailing data retention, third-party sharing and player rights is available on request from support.
10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints should be raised initially through live chat or by emailing care@tweedbet.org.uk. TweedBet aims to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response within 8 weeks. Where a complaint remains unresolved, players may refer the matter to the independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service designated by TweedBet’s licensing authority, free of charge.
11. Changes to These Terms
TweedBet reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to players via email or an on-site notice ahead of taking effect. Continued use of the account after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute not resolved through the complaints procedure or ADR service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
